About Us

Fountain Court is a 97-unit, mixed townhome and condominium community in southwest Beaverton, Oregon, near the intersection of Scholls Ferry and Murray Blvd. It was built in 2003 and 2004, and features exceptional landscaping and water features throughout the complex.

 

The community is managed by Bluestone Association Management and governed by homeowners and condominium owners associations. The boards of both associations normally meet monthly at the same time and place, adjusting the agenda to handle both joint and association-specific business.
