Property Manager
The Fountain Court Board of Directors has chosen Bluestone Association Management to manage our community. Their role is to:
- Work directly for the Fountain Court Board of Directors.
- Be the first line of contact for most homeowner inquiries.
- Provide 24/7/365 on-call emergency services.
- Provide bookkeeping services for all receivables and payables.
- Communicate with owners and residents on behalf of the Board.
- Inspect the community on a regular basis and follow up on all violations of the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) and the Rules and Regulations.
- Monitor owner payments and follow up on delinquencies.
- Comply with regulatory agencies on behalf of the association.
- Maintain proper insurance coverage at all times.
- Oversee maintenance contracts.
